Personal profile: Liu Meihui, the leader of the sensor manufacturing/grinding patch team of the operation management department. In the 13 years of Keli, with the development and growth of the company, we have continuously improved our personal ability, from ordinary employees to ERP orderers, statisticians and patch team leaders, and have continued to learn and progress, and become technical experts and excellent team leaders. In the face of the thorny problem of patch post management, the individual piecework system was implemented in 2018 to improve the enthusiasm and stability of employees, and at the same time cultivate multi-post employees to solve the bottleneck problem. In addition, actively participate in the company's intelligent manufacturing projects, such as QSSQB robots, flexible robots, steel mark recognition and other projects. Quality Department Yang Gui

Personal profile: Yang Gui, joined the quality department of Keli in October 2009, responsible for factory inspection. In May 2018, he moved to Incoming Material Inspection, where he worked with developers to ensure that materials were stored in good stock and to optimize structural and drawing standards. As an internal auditor, he sticks to his post, strictly controls quality, innovates, optimizes multiple module parts, and achieves remarkable results in process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increase. In the summer of 2013, he volunteered to work overtime to compile quality kanban and error-proofing manuals to effectively prevent and correct quality problems. He also supports the quality control of the subsidiary, assisting with incoming inspections and analysis of returned products. Since joining the company, Yang Gui has actively learned new knowledge and technology, mastered multi-type material testing, improved the quality control level of suppliers, and was awarded the 2023 Keli Loyalty Award.

Since joining Keli, she has standardized the accounting system of high-tech enterprises, built the business process and accounting system of the high-end weighing instrument division, improved the cost accounting system, and led the ERP online and operation.
